Oh yeah we country hicks can keep up with the trends. Lovin sushi at the moment ,and since it costs twice as much here as in Sydney, I started making our own yesterday. Smoked salmon and avocado, and chicken pieces and avocado ( both with sushi mayonnaise instead of the wasabi).Hubby gave it the all important nod of approval ( though he has yet to mention it in a sermon Nanny, so it must not rate with your lasagne yet!) bodie even took some to school for lunch.
